So far So good #incentives

Nearly 3 weeks that I have joined Axis & Globe and I can't complain about the working conditions :
- 9:30 to 5:00 with an hour-lunch, which is fair in a country where lunch time is normally 30 minutes to eat a light sandwich and a small bag of crisps (for £3 that's the 'meal deal' in supermarkets like Tesco or Asda)
- own computer desk within the open space office that allows me to ask questions to my colleagues (Poor José !)
- regular events organised by suppliers in order to encourage sellings (So far, I went to the famous wheel London Eye, the London Sealife Aquarium, Holiday Inn hotel in Wembley. So good to be part of these incentives !)
Regarding the missions, I have been essentially assisting my colleagues when they receive a request :
- emailing the supplier to check availibility. If yes, ask to hold an option for generally 2 weeks in order to keep the space as long as possible so that we can 'chase' the client later (in other words to urge the customer to take a decision)
- design a quotation chart for a 10-day circuit in England and Scotland (Manchester, Lake District, Edinburgh and London with activities, accommodation, Blue Badge Guide, coach, driver and supplements)
- create 'dummies' for 2016 (in other words fictive bookings to hold rooms we can use later and don't waste time asking every hotels... but shhhhhhhh)
- deliver tickets (musicals, museums, travel cards, etc) to hotels
and '"clichés" like buying the milk, going to the post office, tidying the shelves and shredding old files (but it's minor, only when it's quite and there is nothing major to delegate to the intern hahaha)
Colleagues and I at the London Eye ! It was high !
Have you spotted the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben behind ?
