"Mamma mia, che buona pizza!" #incentive

After a week back to France for a meeting with a counsellor to organize next year studies [ and for my birthday at the same time ;) ... ]

... I'm back to this country and ready for the last round !!!

As usual now, I attend trade nights with my colleagues and this Thursday, we were invited by the restaurant 'Pizza Express Spitafields'. Situated just across the road from the Old Spitafield market (check my other article about this area:here), the décor is modern and edgy to reflect the urban surroundings of Shoreditch, London Eastearn area.

Once arrived, we joint the event organized in the basement, where they have this fantastic private room, perfect for all kinds of events : team building day, work meeting, client entertaining, children birthday or just an evening of great food with the family.

The aim of this night was to show that they can tailor make packages to meet any customers' needs and have unique activities such as their famous Pizza Making Parties - a night of dough tossing competition among other fun games.

In fact, there was a proper Italian chef explaining how to toss (throw in the air) the dough and then how to add the toppings so that we could craft our very own pizza !

We waited 10 minutes with a fresh hugo cocktail (a mix of Prosecco and elderflower syrup) while it was cooking in the oven... Discussing with other people from other companies (basically our competitors!)... and "Buon Appetito!"
